La raie est un poisson de grande taille qui vit sur les fonds sablonneux. Sa chair est maigre et elle est idéale pour les enfants car elle n'a pas d'arêtes. La raie a juste un cartilage facile à retirer et elle n'a pas d'écailles.
La raie que nous vous proposons est achetée à la criée d'Arcachon et préparée dans notre labo.
Anecdote : La raie fait partie de la même famille que les requins.
